Army Community Covenant
The Army Community Covenant
is designed to develop and foster effective state and community partnerships with the Army in improving the quality of life for Soldiers and their Families, both at
their current duty stations and as they transfer from state to state.
The Army Community Covenant is tailored at the local level, with leaders at both local and state levels participating in covenant signings recognizing the strength of Army Soldiers and their Families and the support of their local Community. Fort Detrick and Frederick signed the Covenant July 4, 2009, and will re-affirm this year.
