Business Processes provides the "backbone support" for all Fort Detrick Network Enterprise Center (NEC) information technology business processes, financial and personnel resource requirements, as well as providing training and logistics support assisting the directorate in meeting and exceeding customer service expectations. We also provide services in the Information Technology (IT) and Information Management (IM) areas of new capabilities and project management. It supports all IT projects, plans & programs for Fort Detrick. This includes stationing projects; Military Construction (MILCON); Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) Program; Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP); DoD & Army Enterprise initiatives; and customer funded special projects.
Business Processes is responsible for coordination, oversight, operations & integrations of information mission area disciplines.
Enhance and enable the delivery of C4IM services by effectively managing the organizations business and operations processes.
