Mission
We promote a safe and healthful working, living, and recreational environment for members of the Fort Detrick community. Fort Detrick IH/EH staff directly support Fort Detrick Garrison and DOD Mission Partners, providing regulatory compliance oversight; and anticipation, recognition, evaluation, and control of environmental and occupational stressors associated with work and work operations that may cause sickness, impaired health and well being, significant discomfort, or inefficiency in the workplace or within the community.
