EO Mission:
The Equal Opportunity (EO) Office is a staff advisory entity providing assistance to commanders, soldiers, and family members, in both on- and off-post facilities and establishments. This office formulates, directs and sustains a comprehensive effort to maximize human potential and ensure fair treatment of all individuals based solely on merit, fitness, and capability, which supports readiness.

- Advice on matters seen as possible acts of discrimination
- Formal and informal issue or complaint handling and resolution
- Federally mandated ethnic observance celebration coordination
- Staff assistance visits
