This 5 day course educates individuals transitioning from the military on their benefits and entitlements upon separation or retirement and covers all mandatory requirements. Includes a resume and job search workshop. Spouses are encouraged to attend.

ACE Civilian Suicide Prevention Training

* This course satisfies the yearly suicide prevention training required by AR 600-63.

For those who believe attending suicide prevention training will be offensive or emotionally stressful for them, they are encouraged to contact their supervisor to discuss an alternative to the training (AR 600-63, pg. 16, paragraph b) and contact 301-619-9703 with any questions.

This course satisfies one hour of Drug and Alcohol Prevention (DAPE) credit.

We are looking for delegate and work team members who would like to assist in the 2014 Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) Conference. No experience is necessary, just a strong commitment to the AFAP process. Reserve your spot now to be a part of this year's AFAP Conference.

We are also collecting issues for the 2014 AFAP Conference. To submit your issue, you may go to www.myarmyonesource.com. Under the Family Programs and Services tab, choose Army Family Action Plan Issue Management System. From there, just follow the instructions and submit your issue online. You may also submit your issue to the AFAP Program Manager in the Army Community Service (ACS) Offices in Bldg. 1520.
